Higher Ground Community Initiative Mission:

The mission of HGCI is to cultivate the community by providing educational, financial, personal growth and recreational opportunities for the Paulding County Community.

Higher Ground Community Initiative Beliefs:

HGCI believes that our organization’s overall worth is not measured solely by our financial standing. We believe that our worth is measured greatly by our community standing, which should be positively impacted by the success of our residents participating in HGCI programs.

Higher Ground Community Initiative Commitment:

HGCI is firmly committed to the premise of helping Paulding County residents through our Community Initiative efforts as they climb the mountains of adversity in their life to reach higher ground.

Higher Ground Community Initiative Vision:

The vision of HGCI is to see the families participating in our programs developing accountability, responsibility, and a clear understanding that the decisions they make now will have a long-term effect on their future. This insight, knowledge and increased level of self sufficiency will empower these families while making a positive direct impact on the community educationally, economically and socially. Thus vastly improving the quality of life for the residents of Paulding County overall.
