Help With Your Energy Bill Is Available!

TALLATOONA COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM (CAP) HAS STARTED OFFERING ENERGY RELIEF TO THE COMMUNITY AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2008

All applications are taken by appointment. Through this program they help pay heating bills for eligible applicants. FYI, reference the chart below to understand the financial guidelines Tallatoona CAP uses to help determine if you are eligible for assistance. If you exceed the amount, still contact them!!!
